Recipient Instructions for $2000.00 Winners

Congratulations to all the students who have been selected as Sparx & Lorenzo Antonio $2000.00 Scholarship recipients!

Your Scholarship will be awarded as follows:
A one-time lump sum of $2,000 will be sent to your school assuming you meet the eligibility criteria.

Please be aware of your responsibilities, so that you can receive your monies.

Scholarship Recipient Responsibilities:

• Please acknowledge acceptance of your scholarship by returning the Student Information Form which was sent to you when you were notified of your award to:

If for any reason you are unable to accept the scholarship, please notify us at the above address so that the award may be given to an alternate.
