Recipient Instructions for $4000.00 Winners

Congratulations to all the students who have been selected as Sparx & Lorenzo Antonio $4000.00 Scholarship recipients!

Your $4000.00 Scholarship will be awarded as follows:
$500.00 for eight (8) consecutive semesters assuming you meet the continuing eligibility criteria.

Please be aware of what your responsibilities are in order to maintain your eligibility.

Scholarship Recipient Responsibilities:

• Please acknowledge acceptance of your scholarship by returning the Student Information Form which was sent to you when you were notified of your award to:

If for any reason you are unable to accept the scholarship, please notify us at the above address so that the award may be given to an alternate.

In Order For You To Maintain Eligibility For This Scholarship, You Must:

• Maintain full-time enrollment during the term of the scholarship.


• Mail us verification of your full-time status enrollment and your official transcript every semester, to the above address.


• Earn a GPA of 2.5 or higher by the end of the first semester.


• By the end of the second semester, earn a cumulative GPA (from the first and second semesters) of 2.75 or higher.


• Earn a GPA of 3.0 or higher every semester thereafter until year four.


• Keep your mailing address and e-mail address updated with the Sparx & Lorenzo Antonio Foundation Records Department by notifying us of any changes at:
