Application Forms

The Sparx & Lorenzo Antonio Foundation currently offers 3 different scholarships. Please read the descriptions below to see if you meet the eligibility guidelines and so that you download the correct application form.

If you are a graduating senior of an APS (Albuquerque Public School) High School, and / or you are a member of ENLACE within an APS High School, you are eligible for The Sparx & Lorenzo Antonio Scholarship to Benefit APS and Albuquerque ENLACE High School Students.

If you are a graduating senior of a New Mexico Public High School, you are eligible for The Sparx & Lorenzo Antonio Scholarship to Benefit New Mexico High School Students.

If you are a graduating senior of a New Mexico High School, you are also eligible for The Sparx & Lorenzo Antonio Scholarship ITT Technical Institute Scholarship.
